Friendly, prompt service did upsale but not pushy
New crew. Not particularly friendly or inviting. I've have been using the Church Street location for four years, but won't anymore.
Absolute circus. After 5 years of taking 2 vehicles here the visit I had today was upsetting enough to never return. I will do dealership only going forward. Brand new crew. Absolute circus on every level including likely stripping my oil plug.
