The guys were awesome there.
Now that I look at reviews I see this isn’t the first time they’ve had this problem. Last oil change on the way home the skid plate started dragging so went back and they “fixed” it. Just had oil changed again the other day, and even reminded them of what happened the last time. had to pull over on NJ turnpike during rush hour and this is what I found. See pic. It was extremely hot that day and the guys were pouring with sweat inside the garage and under the car. I felt so bad that they were working in (estimated) 150 degrees underneath. They still had a good attitude and kept doing their jobs despite being completely drenched. I think the company should put something in place for these guys. It's is not acceptable.
