Quick service but a little pricey
I've always had a positive experience going to Valvoline in hibbing. julia and her crew always go above and beyond to check and make sure my vehicle is in tip top shape, and they patiently answer any questions i have. they even noticed my brake pads were grinding on my wheel. exemplary service received.
Cheap, fast, good service
I know it’s just an oil change but I had the best customer service experience ever. The head tech name was Julia. All I can say is wow. She was so professional friendly and met me with a smile which is rare nowadays, it felt like she actually cared. I know where I’ll be getting my oil changed. The way things are in todays day and age it great to see a young lady take her job seriously and be genuine! I would hire her in a heartbeat!!!
