When you are a customer and they ask you a question what are you getting and u tell them what you want done and they give u the most expensive oil ever after you tell them u want the cheapest oil done and they say sorry we don't have it so next time we are you going to valvoline in Virginia or going to jeffy lube cause that was ridiculously today and uptop of that said it will be a 10 /15 min wait we waiting for 30 to 45 min until we go into get oil change done
Julia is an absolute QUEEN. Amazing leadership qualities, she did my brake lights (not an easy task), license plate lights, and blinkers. 10/10 recommendation to anyone who asks!!!
