The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. The shop manager John runs his team very well. It’s always a pleasure to have my car serviced here.

My great experience was due to Roland at your Valvoline store on Park Blvd in Seminole Fl. He is the most honest person I have ever met and he is a GREAT ASSET to your Company!!!!! I brought my suv in for an oil change. He asked why and I advised it has been over 6 months since my last oil change. He checked my oil and advised I was not ready for an oil change yet, as my oil was still very clean. I will DEFINITELY be back for my oil change on the date Roland put on my windshield. This place is great! I stopped in March 25th 2025 for an oil change. Johnnie (the manager) and his team worked - like a well oiled machine. It is an interactive experience as you stay in your vehicle the whole time. They ask you to put on your left turn signal, right turn signal, breaks, etc... I watched in disbelief as they removed my cabin filter from behind my glove box. I couldn't believe how filthy it was.
