Went to get an oil change when I was told it couldn't be done because of the oil drain plug was stripped out,I accused Walmart of doing this, but as I was thinking about it,I heard the guy who was doing the oil change made a noise as something was wrong with the oil drain plug,I believe he stripped the oil drain plug,had to pay to get it fixed at a auto shop, cost me $77 with a new plug and oil change.
Friendly expedited service, great job everyone that’s working 1/27/26 @ 230 pm.
Efficient, friendly, quick and all employees seem knowledgeable and capable.
