Left was a qt low on oil my washer fluids was empty and I paid 130 for the service
They did a great job and were very knowledgeable
Overall satisfied. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Only issue was charged $4 for "extra oil charge". Apparently getting oil at Valvoline limits you to 5 quarts? Said they filled it with 5.5 quarts. So $4 for 1/2 quart? Next time just leave it at 5 quarts and I'll top it off at home for 1/3rd that price. Wasn't told this, just found on the bill when looked later. Not a big deal but need to be more transparent.
Had a great experience today getting my oil changed. No wait. Changed in15 min. Very courteous. Very thorough job. Well done crew!
