staff was very kind! a little confusing at the beginning about which bay to start in and service took a little longer than expected but overall it was a great experience!
The staff is very friendly but ill-informed. 3 visits in a row they asked me to change my transmission fluid and I said no 2 times because I had never changed it before and I was already at over 100,000. Then I finally let them on the 3rd try at getting me to do it, because I had a road trip and they kept recommending it. They put the machine on it, but didn't change the filter. Great staff! Great service! The employees are always friendly especially the Assistant Manager. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are! Will return.
