They refused to rotate my tires causing me to waste my time taking my vehicle to another shop for tire rotation after having my oil changed there. They told me that my lug nuts were "swollen" and they couldn't perform the service. The other shop I took my vehicle to said that was complete nonsense and they rotated my tires without any issues. I don't have this kind of time to waste! Rediculous!
went here for a oil change and of course like all mechanics do try to charge you for other things. They showed me a paper saying my battery health was in the red even though my battery was pretty much brand new and they were gonna charge me $250 I decline thinking was something wrong so I went to O’Reillys afterwards just to find out that my battery health was at 99%. I understand trying to make a little extra money but straight up lying to customers is insane.
