Employees were prompt and communicated well. The manager went out of his way to make sure that I saved as much money as possible, and wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty and do work himself. Alec deserves a raise.
Nothing but a lie. I took my 2016 BMW to get a oil change and they damaged my car during the oil change. The manager lied to Corporate and he said that the damage had nothing to do with the oil change. Well that's a lie. Number one my car wasn't leaking until after the oil change. And staff left the oil flap open i will list the picture below. And the manager just lied to Corporate and told them he spoke with me and told me that the issue didn't come from a oil change. All I'm getting is lies.
