I got my first oil change here on my first car here on a Sunday from a car from CarMart. Now. Anyone who knows buying a new vehicle with the packages included, you get a few oil changes as part of that package. We'll, Sundays the dealer isn't open to validate the package but, Jade made it an easy checking on the computer and made it easy for us to care for our car, and even told us at the beginning that those validations usually don't work. In my opinion, she went above and beyond for us, and I greatly appreciate that!!!
Their service is great, but they need to update their knowledge on Volvo if they’re going to be changing the oil in them. First, the Volvo XC that are gas models do not have a dipstick. Two, a Volvo T5 engine makes a natural tick because of its injectors they do not have a regular timing belt. Their timing belt is made of metal not rubber. Again their service is great, but their knowledge on the car they’re servicing is very low and that needs to change.
