Had a puddle of oil under my vehicle after an oil change. I don’t believe they removed the skid plate to do the change. I remember thinking I didn’t hear them screw it back on. As a result a large amount of oil was spilled and leaked onto the driveway. Went back and I heard them remove the skid plate this time. The oil was cleaned up. No comp was offered. The people were nice but the sloppy first job wasted my time having to go back.
Jason the manager was very nice and listened to my concerns and was able to make me feel comfortable with the price. Very quick process and explained everything to me clearly. Will be back!
Nathan and Nick worked on my car. They did a great job and Nathan’s was super communicative and friendly!
