Was able to get service right away. CJ and Austin took care of our oil change and we're very professional, friendly and informed me every step of the way. After just relocating here, it was great to find another Valvoline store that takes care of its customers.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I wish I could rate this place a zero star. One to start off they pressured me to give them a 5 star rating. Right off the bat without any work being done. “Scan this QR code” “scan here” “rate us 5 stars” So I unfortunately did rate 5 stars. But shortly after my oil change. Employees were professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Raven was a great guy! I had the oil change and cabin filter change. I was in and out in under twenty minutes. Two thumbs up! I give them a well deserved recommendation...
Always an easy time and really fast. No crazy pressure up sales. Just people doing their jobs well and friendly as all get out. Really cool to get this done in less than 20 minutes and less than 60 bucks.
