I never have a bad experience at this location. The staff is friendly and professional throughout all interactions, communicate professionally with customers and one another, and genuinely appear to care about their work. I never look forward to having work done on my car, but they make it a pleasant and painless experience. I’m consistently impressed with the performance at this location.
They were pretty fast. Just needed my inspection. I had to change a part and drive my car for a while, but they got me thru faster the second time around. I gave them 5 stars because I didn't want to fault them for the State's silly regulations.
This location is always fast, friendly, reliable and very knowledgeable in teaching you about your vehicle. Got my transmission service done by Carol who was wonderful. Highly recommended!
Carol and Devin and their crew were amazing. They offered me services that I needed for my car and greeted me with a smile. I will bring all my vehicles here!
Don’t go here. Super pushy sales people that don’t stop after you say no. I was told the wait would be 20 minutes and ended up being there a hour and a half. They tell you that you need a ton of stuff done (even though I know it’s been done recently) just to find a way for you to spend more money. Suuuuper sketch. Charged $45 for a cabin filter. Same ones on Amazon for $12 (pack of 2). Came here for an oil change this morning and will never go back.
