Dylan and pearson are the nicest most thoughtful workers ever!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were great. I recommend!
These guys made my daughter wait an hour to get an inspection, then told her the 6 month old wipers needed to be replaced but they didn’t have her size in the cheaper quality and she needed the expensive ones. Previously they told her that her drain plug was cross threaded (but not by them). Took it to the dealer and they said it was fine. Do NOT take your car there! This place is not trustworthy.
Had an oil change and after the skid plate came loose and is dragging on the road and will need to be replaced, so now have to go back there to see if they will take responsibility for this. Update: 1/5/26, called to talk with them and they said it was noted in the report that the skid plate was loose and there is nothing that can be done, which is understandable, but I wish they had verbally mentioned this to me when I was there, which I still consider a big miss. Sometimes a team’s attitude is so good (or so bad) that one wonders who’s in charge… such is the case here, and in a very positive way. Team worked hard with noticeably fun banter, the job done quickly and effectively. Thanks guys!
