Dave is the man! Very friendly and made sure we felt welcome and informed on anything they offered. The team was very fast and efficient. They even gave a discount since I was a first time customer. Will definitely be back!
I have mixed feelings about this place. First time I went they were fine (5/5) and great service . 2nd time I went I had to go back because they didn’t screw a peice back on and my car was leaking oil a week before I noticed. BUT I went back and they fixed it and were very nice. I’ve been there a few times since with my partner . Maybe have a meeting on what jokes are appropriate with customers vs not ! Thanks :)! They do great work but need to work on professionalism.
Showed up at 9am and was told they couldn’t do an oil change on my car because none of the employees showed up for work. Website indicates that they open at 7:30am
They did not check everything that was supposed to be checked. I specifically asked if they checked the tire pressure and they said no, and then when they handed me the receipt printout it said they checked tire pressure and it was 35. The receipt printout also said they reset the oil gauge, which they also did not do. I had to do it myself. I have no faith that they actually performed anything else on the checklist except literally changing the oil. I feel ripped off and will not be coming back.
I was very satisfied, I think getting my oil changed couldn’t have been easier. I go here every time I need an oil service and I’m never disappointed!
