I was very satisfied, I think getting my oil changed couldn’t have been easier. I go here every time I need an oil service and I’m never disappointed!
I have going to Valvoline for at least 10 years now. Since moving to NC this location has been the only location I have visited. The prices have gone up and the services have gone down. Communication is non existent here, my Husband had to constantly ask questions during the service. As a woman I no longer feel confident coming here alone, I was overcharged for an oil change solely based on the fact that I'm a woman and I pulled up alone. This is the only place I’ll go to get my oil changed! Staff is always friendly, considerate, and timely. Specifically Dave is amazing!! He was so kind, respectful, and explained what was going on and helped me get it fixed. He made all the difference!
Seems like no one wants to work here. I stopped by 3 times in a matter of 2 weeks. Spoke to an employee, she said I couldn’t get an oil change because everyone was on break. The next time they didn’t have the oil filter I needed. Then I stopped in today, 2 people were working and couldn’t do the oil change because someone was on break. Would not recommend going here.
Always great customer service from Dave M and team. Friendly and Quick service! They are always busy, but always quick, pleasant and friendly and services are performed right!!! On HOT days show them some LOVE after services are performed and bring them some GATORADE , as I always do!!!
