After receiving an oil change at 5330 FM 1463, Fulshear, TX 77441, around 1PM on 03/14/2025, I went to my next destination. I heard a scraping sound. When examining under my vehicle and a pully tie was attached, each side of the undercarriage was attached. Also, there was none in the front, which caused the undercarriage to drag. Keep in mind that on arrival, I hand the hardware on the left with two very loose zip ties. Fortunately, I was near another location.
