After recieving a oil change at 5330 FM 1463, Fulshear, TX 77441 around 1PM on 03/14/2025, I went to my next destination. I heard a scraping sound. When examining under my vehicle and pully ties attached to both sides of rhe undercarriage. Also, there was none in the front which caused the undercarriage to drag for miles. Keep in mind on arrival I had all hardware, leaving I had on two very loose zip ties on each side. Fortunately, I was near another location in Katy.
