While every business strives for perfection, mistakes happen. It is how you respond when these things happen. The management at this location should be commended and praised. They were absolutely amazing. I had my oil changed June 18th. When that was completed, I drove home. The next morning, on my way to work, the skirt / skid plate under the engine dropped.
