I am very disappointed with Valvoline. I visited this location at 1204 E Roosevelt Rd, Lombard, IL 60148. They gave me terrible service and didn't take my information, email, phone number, address, or anything. They wouldn't even accept my coupons. I've visited many Valvoline locations, and they've always taken my information and accepted my discount coupons. At this Lombard location, they didn't take anything. The staff was very polite and efficient. I was in and out within 15 mins. They did a thorough job. Granted no other cars were there and it was early but still. They did a great job!
Fast, professional, and honest. Offered additional services with no pressure or guilt. Even told me that my cabin filter was good for several more oil changes.
They were great. Really nice people and I was in and out quickly.
