Quick, thorough, best oil!
Alex was absolutely awful. He was extremely condescending, rude and very pushy. He also made some very disparaging comments about women when he thought I wasn't listening. Will never return to Valvoline in Plainfield.

Used this location twice. $200.00 + in purchases. Last oil change they left cap loose or off. Couple times more than a week later I smelled burnt oil at morning start up. I looked at second notice and found oil cap missing and oil slpashed out on my motor. Customer care opened a claim and said manager would call me in 2 business days. 4 business days customer care called and left no vouce mail. I called them back to see who had called.
