The last two times I've been here, they only have the most expensive synthetic oil! Sorry, were out of the standard oil. I don't ever use synthetic but the past two times that's been my only choice. They won't grant the standard oil price so even with a discount it's still more than a standard oil change with a coupon. It pisses me off! So last week, I took my van to Jiffy Lube and was totally happy!
Staff did not check battery, air filter, wipers etc. Service was ONLY oil change. No other systems were checked, nor were the tires checked for proper inflation. Have been to other valvolines and received excellent service. This one was very disappointing and I will not be a customer there again. First and last visit.
