I took my car to Valvoline for a routine oil change, and it turned into a serious and frustrating experience. Right after leaving, my car would not go faster than about 10 mph and stalled five times. I immediately returned to the shop, where they initially tried to blame me. After a long discussion with the manager, they finally agreed to check the vehicle—and that’s when they discovered their mistake. Quick easy oil change. Staff is friendly and quick. They are also transparent about services and pricing. Also, no need to get out of your vehicle, all done in about 10 minutes while you wait. This place can get busy, so best to go when you don't see a large line of cars.
