It was terrible. While I was there, all of the guys were great, very personable and helpful. But for the second time when I left, and on my way home, they had not put the plate underneath my car back on properly and it was dragging the ground. The bolts were missing last time they did that I called. They said they did not see any extra bolts, but clearly they do not know how to attach the plate underneath Ford Broncos. I was in with my toddler in her car seat, and Lexi brought a coloring book and crayons for my kiddo, and then informed me that there was a coupon in the back of the coloring book. Thank you so much.
