Always a pleasure, dealing with Donovan and the guys in Danielson, Connecticut. They really go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Donovan is a terrific leader and he explains things that even a car idiot like me can understand. Give this kid a raise!
On my visit I didn't need any car services. I live up the street and it was a nice day and I wanted to ride my unicycle. I havent ridden in a while so I needed to fill up my tire. I grabbed my old jumperbox/tire inflator and went to fill up the tire. The hose on the tire inflator blew out. I walked over to valvoline with my flat tire, and asked them if they could fill it up. It took 2 tries cause it was flat flat and I needed to move the tube around inside the tire, but they got the job done. Great service. They really helpe... read more
