quick and easy !
I am an avid Valvoline customer. This is the second time I’ve been to this location. The first time it was very pleasant and professional. The second time was a hard sell. And I noticed that the difference in the sticker mileage for the full synthetic they’re still putting it at the same mileage as the regular, so you’ll come in sooner. Honestly, if I could give no stars I would. This company doesn’t deserve a single star. I brought my 2017 Hyundai Tucson there and I won’t be bringing it there anymore because they totaled my car. I don’t and won’t recommend this company at all. After I got the oil change I got into 395 and as I was driving noticed smoke coming from the back of my vehicle pulled over and all the oil drained out, my motor seized due to oil plug not being tightened properly after they noted they torqued to spec.
