Great customer service from Colby. I was able to get right in for oil change and advise me of other services that were needed or available along with prices, but with no pressure. Did a great job. Wonderful customer service.
Went there to get a emergency transmission fluid flush because I added the wrong type into my impala, there were two cars in the bays and none in the parking lot, sat at the counter for 5 minutes and no one came, I walked to the bay from the front parking lot and the “assistant manager” working on 6/23 said “oh sir sir we can’t have anyone in the bays” I’m like “okay sure, I’m just waiting for service” and he goes “what’s going on?” I explain the situation and he goes, “how many miles does your car have?” And I say “177k” an... read more

Absolute scam. I got charged $127 for an oil change. Even full synthetic cars that go to any other shops pay $80 MAX. I just got robbed. When I called to ask for a price breakdown the receptionist didn't even give a price breakdown down. She said I got and paid for 5 quarts of oil but I only got 3.9 quarts.
They were trying too hard to please and it became annoying
