Ran they ran out of oil so instead of putting synthetic in or something you know you sell an oil change you're out of oil but yet you don't have enough oil to put in my car so what do you send cars out there alone or which they did they sent me out they said oh it's ready to go and I go to check it and it's a quart low if you're out of all don't sell the oil change I could have went to Walmart got the thing done be done with it and not have to worry about my engine blowing up because it's low on oil I'm sorry I'm a butthead ... read more
Great experience! The technicians performed my oil change quickly and had me on way.
Their pit guy failed to screw my cover back to my VK atlas. Wonder what else he forgot to do at this point. The cover fell off on the bypass and was dragged from springdale to Lowell until I realised what the noise was coming from. So my cover is completely scraped and damaged and their Manager, Tim promised me not a free oil change BUT just a 50 percent off next oil change? They admitted they found my screws to my cover still in their pit left behind from the day prior of me being there and that they would hold that person ... read more
