We came to PG location to check the work done after a bad experience at the Bentonville location. The manager, maybe Stacy?, and her team went above and beyond checking over the work and tightening the drain plug and filling the coolant that the other location left undone. We will only be coming to this location from here on out. Thank you for giving us peace of mind!
The team was very helpful and very informative. They even helped me out with discounts!! Definitely returning.
Crew was very nice and professional. Only 1 working crew with 5 bays took a little longer than expected. Wednesday mid-morning, so can understand the small staff.
The technician was incredibly friendly and thorough. This is the best place to have your oil changed. Services are done well, affordable, and quick!
