The team at the Kokomo location communicated along each step of the process. I felt as if things were explained well, and I did not feel as if they were just trying to make a profit off of more services. There was also no judgment when I needed to defer a service for prior money obligations. I love the team at the Kokomo location and will continue to have my vehicle serviced there!
Quick and fast even with short staff
I used to love it here. Now I hate it. Been going here for years. Finally had enough. The last time I came in they were going to change my CVT fluid, but they didn’t have it. “Come back at the end of the week.” Fair enough. Came back, no CVT fluid again. Came back in today, 3000 miles later. The 15th new employee this year (very high turnover at this location) told me no filters left, so no oil change, and they don’t do CVT changes on my particular car(!).
