So I LOVE instant oil change and this quick professionalism from a sync staff BUT you put summer washer fluid in my 2018 EcoSport windshield washer fluid reservoir and it froze and cracked. You then topped off my antifreeze with non orange Ford fluid which in turn overheated my car and cracked my water pump 70 miles from home, dark and very cold outside and I was returning from work in Chicago. 2 hour oil change defeats the purpose of your facility, when of my oil changes with you have been 30 minutes.
Customer service is awful. I pulled in, said I just wanted an oil and filter change. At first they were kind enough but They immediately started trying to do full inspections, tire pressure, flushing my systems, I kept telling them. "I just want a simple oil and filter change. Absolutely nothing else." At one point they pulled a machine over to flush my system. I stopped them and said, "I don't want that hooked up to my vehicle. I just want a oil and filter change.
