Leaving jiffy lube after the last time I had something stolen from my car was the best decision I ever made. My new place, Valvoline, is quick, friendly, and professional. I was also allowed to stay in my car during the process which is a major plus. Jiffy lube should at least allow customers to sit in the car while the oil is being changed. It would for sure prevent dishonest employees from stealing from customers cars.

I was long overdue for an oil change and was able to follow up with Valvoline quickly and easily! The actual oil change didn't take too long, and the crew working were informative and very friendly!
