I brought my car in for a quick oil change and also got the wipers replaced along with the air filter. I spent $212. As I went home, I felt good about the service and items I received until I woke up and looked in my garage the next day to find a pile of oil on my garage floor. I took it to the dealer because I wanted to check out what really happened and the dealer let me know that the drain plug bolt was not securely fastened so I was losing oil.
