If you have time to waste, this will be the place. After waiting over 30 minutes thinking I was next, the guy told me that I would have to back up and let the cars next to me go since they were going to do a tire rotation. I ended up going 2 minutes down the road to take 5 and got it right away. Just go somewhere else.

Ayeden and his team were great running on a short staffed day, still making sure I got in and out as quickly as possible. Prices are always great. Highly recommend, I never use anywhere else.
Every time I choose Valvoline in Waynesboro, I am never disappointed. They have phenomenal customer service and take their time to explain things so I can understand. Today I was serviced by Ayeden, Jackson, and Eric. They made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I never once felt incompetent or inadequate when asking questions and they showed tremendous patience with me. This particular visit was one of the best ones I have had at Valvoline because of this team. I can only hope to have them help me again when I return!
Poor management. Waited over an hour and was told to back up so the car in the other line could get in front of mine. Was told they were training new employees.
