Every one of the staff was efficient, friendly, polite, and professional.
Driving through from NC to PA so I stopped in for oil change and wiper replacement. Charged for windshield wipers and they were never installed. Realized this after being 45 minutes away. Called and was put through to customer service. They wanted to refund the price of the parts, but she was unsure if this was included in the labor charge and had to calculate the sales tax only after I asked about it.
