I'm upset and I'm disappointed. I went on Friday to get an oil change as well as a new air filter for my vehicle and about an hour later my car started shaking badly. I didn't know what was wrong I thought maybe it was one of my coil pack or bad gas. Come to find out that one of the guys did not tighten the screw tight enough to hold the hose in place when they replaced the air filter that's why my car wouldn't start.
