I will never bring any of our cars here again , brought the car in it has never had an oil leak or leaked oil since I have had the car . The next day after oil change I see my car is leaking oil , bring it back there and the guy underneath the car says there is oil everywhere and it’s not our problem you need to go to a mechanic . Funny how you never said anything while my car was there and as soon as I leave your bay there is a problem . NEVER AGAIN FOR VALVOLINE !
Anything I say is needed isn't ever discounted or turned away. If I don't understand then the employees always make sure I leave knowledgeable. I'm always in a rush to get in because I cycle through a fleet of more than 50 vehicles but I'm never in a rush to leave. Calm, respectful and supportive team who always appears to be on their A game.
The “lead” Eric is the most unfriendly, unwelcoming person I have experienced in customer service in a long time. Just rude, unresponsive and unprofessional. I came in for my oil change, got the exact same thing as last time, he did not ask if I needed my maint. Light taken care of, my tires were not aired, he asked for my email for a receipt and I didn’t receive one.
