If you want a quick simple oil change do not go to Valvoline. They’re chronically off on times, and spend so much time trying to upsell anything and everything that you just feel badgered the entire time! It has become so bad that after being a loyal customer for years I am choosing to never go back.
Service is great and people are friendly. I have had 2 issues with 2 of our vehicles. Our jeep was over filled in 2025 and caused it to start smoking, thankfully i caught it, got it drained and it stopped. 3 weeks ago my pathfinder was over filled and cause an oil leak. I'm not convinced the vacuum of oil is the right way. Knowing that I have to check what the techs are doing is concerning. The first time I let slide but a second time is upsetting.
I needed to get a headlight bulb replaced so went here since it was closest to me, no complaints about that although the checkout process was very slow but I believe the person doing that checkout was new. My main beef here was I said it was okay to check my tires and adjust if needed. Leaving my low tire pressure light immediately went on, I’ve had this happen before no big deal thought maybe false alarm and I’ll check at home…. I have been taking my 2000 Toyota Tundra to Valvoline since it was new for oil changes and other fluid services. It took 4 techs to remove the oil filter, they removed the skid plate and left off two bolts when replacing it. They over filled the oil level by at least a 1/2 quart. When brought to their attention, they couldn't find the bolts and tried to replace with wrong size. Last time I will be spending my money here.
Service is quick and they explain everything as to what they are doing and also recommend what should be done .
