Went in for a $150 oil change and tire rotation. Left with a tire sensor on. Techs deflated my tire instead of adding air. Told management about the issue so they could train their techs. Was told they reviewed the CCTV footage and their techs serviced the tires to 32 psi and that I perhaps ran over a nail. However, when I got home, my tire was at 20 psi.
