They spend more time trying to get you to purchase more things than they do on the car itself, definitely not a 15min service as the line wait can be from 20min to an hour wait
They tried to give me a hard time, with my military discount. Every other location, it's no issue. Also, my access cap is gone magically.. I had it last oil change. I have no clue, where it is now.
