Filter on the left is what was installed during oil change. Filter on the right is the correct Filter to be used on my truck. Improper Filter size leads to less oil capacity and could lead to oil pressure issues. For the amount of money I paid for an oil change, I'm quite disappointed.

The techs did a great job, and answered any of the questions I had. I was very pleased with my service. It was a gentleman with orange hair, a gentleman with a longer black beard, and a gentleman with short hair. They all did an amazing job today 10/17/25

Great guys, friendly, informative and kept me in the loop. Took care of everything I needed done. Found things that Jiffy-Lube in Coshocton missed. Honestly some of the most professional workers I've had the pleasure of interacting with in a long time.
