I Showed up for oil change. John (rude) told me to roll up my window for his protection. John did have a mask on. It was 101 outside. isn't it against the law to lock people in a hot car? they should offer a cold drink or something. This was total BS! With John be rude also......

Showed up waited in line just like everyone else when it’s finally my turn to pull in they ask me to trade lanes with another driver as he is in a hurry.. they would not change my oil until the other guy had his changed!! Don’t go here !! Drove away!!
Don’t come to this place! We used this place for years until Saturday and will not ever go back or recommend this place! Had our car serviced less then 1k miles engine seized ! No leaks and didn’t burn oil! Nothing on dipstick! Engine had 50k total miles on it. Don’t trust this place with your Vehicle! And customer service after the fact is horrible...
Have been going here for several years with very good results. Went in a couple of days ago for an oil change and the mgr suggested we needed the oil changed in the transfer case. A couple of days later noticed there was oil leaking out. Took the truck back, and the mgr was off, and the employees were running about. Said there was a crack in the transfer box from over-tightening the bolt. Said to bring it back in the morning when the mgr was there. More oil overnight in the driveway.
