Tech told a previous client their brake fluid was low, and their cabin filter was dirty. Both were part of their last service 5k miles ago; I did a 4 corner brake job and fluid flush, oil change, cabin filter, backup camera, and head unit installation. After their visit to Valvoline I reinspected the brake fluid and it is full. I appreciate that you're trying to help, but customers should be aware that they'll tell you anything to add a dollar. Shame is I like Valvoline oil. I use it in my personal vehicles.
Asst Manager Michael and his team did a great job!! I was very impressed with the experience. They were all very professional and thorough. Please thank them all for me. Also, your prices are significantly lower than the dealerships I typically go to.
