great service and groupon discount and quick service
I pulled in to get an oil change on August 4th A man walks up to my car says hello how are you and in the same breath immediately opens my car door without asking me what service I was wanting, introducing himself OR asking for my permission to open my door and or telling me he was going to be opening my car door. I have been going to Valvoline for years ( Ventura location) but they are closed at the time being and I have never experienced such rude weird behavior invasive. Very professional staff! I really enjoy coming to this location. So much so that I plan my return work drives where I can stop in. The Oil Changers shops are nowhere near as thorough. Thanks Valvoline Camarillo! Excellent experience as always.
The gentleman who helped me a majority of the time prior to his break was down right awesome! He was honest, funny, and thorough. He made the experience memorable and for that I am most appreciative. It sucks I don’t recall his name, but he was from Tehachapi. I would like to personally thank him and I hope he is able to view this message! Thanks Valvoline!
Poor service one of the worst supposed instant oil change locations i have ever visited and I visit valvoline roughly every other month.
