For a synthetic oil change it came out to be $91.99. First I find that the price is asinine to begin with, but what really got me was I was able to see their computer while my oil was being changed and it shows the oil change being $70 and then they charged me $24.99 for tire rotation that never happened. It seems as if the tire rotation is calculated into the overall price on their end, but it never is completed.
They lied and tried to take advantage of my wife, claiming she HAD to take Synthetic Oil, no other choice, and it was $99.00. I told her to wait, as I confirmed with the local GMC Dealership, stating she did not HAVE to, and even if she did, the same price is $63.99 at the dealership (who we would trust even more). We wanted to continue business as we have over the years with Valvoline, but they tried to take advantage of my wife. NEVER AGAIN. CROOKS.
I’ve gone here three times and have not had a good experience. The first time, staff there made an error during my oil change which left my car smoking from the engine. They were unapologetic when I went back for a fix. Tried going by today to have an oil change. An employee was extremely rude and turned me away. I will not return and will not suggest this valvoline to others.
