I have gotten an oil change at this location multiple times and greatly appreciate the service every time. I have kids so shuffling them in and out is not ideal. They got the oil change done quickly and told me exactly what they were doing. I appreciate knowing that the job is getting done and getting done the right way. They do give recommendations and suggestions for other services that can and/or should be done but they do not pressure. The guys are professional!
I am not aware of how they run their business, But i do not like to be ordered into my car, and then he is shaking his head at me because I did not obey his order!! It would sure explain that I was the only Customers that. And he did it again when I came to pick up the car, when he giv me a bill for $ 128 for an oil change!!!!!!!!!!!!
