I had my oil changed at the end of May and here it is the middle of September I had to get 4 tires changed on my truck. an hour and a half after I dropped it off I got a call saying that I had a massive oil leak. the mechanic told me that whoever changed my oil didn't put the right oil pan plug back in instead they used a bolt and a washer and put the oil filter on wrong and I had oil leaking all over the place. went 9/3...lied about adding coolant & overcharged..joe (joey) didnt bother to get my money back & cant get his lies straight. unless u see it done do know it may not get done but ur paperwork will say otherwise.
In this town I made an oil change and they did not squeeze the filter well so it left its place The car broke down and they don't want to take responsibility for this. We have photos and evidence of the event. Only they don't take responsibility. I hope you do not make the bad decision to go there to that place because the same thing could happen to you An error is made by anyone but not responsible if that is wrong. Now I don't have a car and I've been days since February 10.

I was a bit surprised when the tech poured the oil out of a 2.5 gallon bucket thru a funnel as opposed to pulling down the oil hose as I have always seen done before. I paid for the synthetic oil and found the delivery method strange. Am i missing something? Employees were polite.
