We love our local Valvoline! The technicians are always friendly, efficient and professional. Larry assisted me on this visit and he was so personable and polite - he brightened my day! The service is always quick and we appreciate that they offer a military discount.
I do not recommend going to this valvoline at all!!! I called first about what a radiator flushed would consist of and the services performed were not what was explained to me over the phone. Radiator had debris in it after the service. I checked worked as soon as I left bay. After talking to the assistant manager he recommend I go to Autozone and purchase a product to remove any "sludge or debris" and he would flush it again for free.
