The WORST. Ten minutes after an oil change the grid drops while I was trying to visit my daughter at college. Assistant Manager was USELESS! Another Valvoline came to help. The oil filter wasn’t put on properly. Currently at another valvoline getting my car patched up. Missing my daughters school function as I still have two and a half hours to go. No manager, no district manager call. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
Price for oil change was not great but I knew that going in ..the RECOMMENDATIONS a rip off in the making said my AC was in bad shape etc needed a sweater after having it on for a few moments ..I truly feel that its a women beware stop which is awful in this day and age. If I was not leaning on my car waiting I would have been passed over not a good experience overall.
