I visited this location on8/31/22.They broke lens cover over cab brake light.The manager did it didn't tell me.Had to call back and confront him.Then he said he did said he would order one.Still have not had my cover replaced.Called Nissan this will cost me almost $300.So a $72 oil and bulb change is costing me almost $400.Plus no sticker for windshield and I don't think they checked my fluids.This place sucks and to make it worse it was the manager that did this!!!!
Went in for an oil change, they asked if i needed my windshield wipers replaced; I said no since less than a year old: the very next day it was raining turned on my wipers and both ripped part...they sabotaged my wipers. i will never go to another Valvoline.
