The San Rafael store ruined the transmission on our vehicle, and they refuse to fix the damage they caused. They drained it and didn't refill it when we brought it in for an oil change. The transmission failed immediately after leaving. We took it to another shop and they reported that there was no fluid in the transmission! Valvoline inspected the vehicle afterward, and they say that by looking at it they can tell that they did not drain the fluid. How ridiculous is that?
