Service was prompt once I got into the bay area

Like so many other people have stated, this is the best Valvoline location I've been to and I've been to a few others. Been going here for several years and have no plans to go elsewhere. Always friendly people.
Happened to come at a very busy day & time. But staff was respectful & communicative throughout process. Tre did most of my carside interactions for data gathering & reviewed recommendations for service with me. When it was my turn, the process ran quickly & smoothly. Hutch was working topside under the hood. Plenty of time to observe team dynamics & communication seems to be working well here. Very professional service!!
