I have been going there for year always friendly and explaining everything they do although just there yesterday and it was taking them a long time and I asked what is the problem and the assistance manager said we can't get the oil plug out and he said you will have to take it to a shop next oil change to get it out and I said is it leaking and he said No when I got home and checked it the plug was leaking so I get a new plug and oil and fix it myself! DO NOT GO HERE. They stripped my oil plug 2 times now and busted out a chunk of inside my pan. Came home and noticed a lot of oil leaking the next day. They weren't open when I noticed it. Had to get it fixed before Monday. Had a mechanic fix it. Rip off when they were the ones who caused it. Will never go there again, and no one else I know will either now. Will not be reimburse bc they didn't approve it but me being a single mom with kids I'm supposed to wait for them and not take my kids to school or go to work so they ca... read more
