My wife went for an oil change and the oil filter was never tightened up. I tightened it by hand because I didn't have the tool, topped off the oil (3-1/2 quarts later). She went down to have them tighten it properly and was told they topped off all her fluids for her. I had to laugh because I had just done that so they might have put in some windshield washer fluid.
