Was preparing for a long car trip and had heard of good things about Valvoline. Was not disappointed. Mike greeted me at the start and walked me through their straightforward process. Everything they did was explained to me right as I sat in the car. I never felt pressured to buy any extras. I cannot express just how satisfied I am with their service and will be returning.
Was going to do my oil change but didn't have the want to with the heat and humidity. Great experience going to the Bowling Green Valvoline Instant Oil Change!! Fast service, really did all like their suppose too! Working in today's heat and humidity they greeted me with a big smile, very polite good positive attitude, and a few laughs as we were all sweating!! So a big Thank You
