this location used to be 5 stars.....update....I had to ask about each specific thing, they were not confirming loudly like they used to for customer to hear or mumble it. Was the drain plug on correctly? Was the washer fluid filled? Was the oil cap on tight? they did not ask about my tire pressure, they did not ask about interior filter, they did not ask about vacuuming inside. Apparently (according to the new manager, Mike— Erik is not the manager there anymore. After being a long-time customer for over 20 years (even back in the Oil Can Henry days)—I will NEVER EVER EVER go back there again . After a long wait—I expressed that I didn’t want to be called “Miss” and upon pulling in still got called “Miss” by the new manager, Mike. The Staff is always friendly. The "no pressure" sales approach is really nice. Then they recommend services I can choose when the budget allows. I also feel that Valvoline has great products to keep my vehicles on the road.
