We had them do a front differential treatment. They put the screw in sideways. We we're driving on the freeway. All our front differential fluid spilled and we're unaware. We had to take it in for repair and the mechanic said it was because the screw wasn't put back in right and it basically fell out.. not completely . this location used to be 5 stars.....update....I had to ask about each specific thing, they were not confirming loudly like they used to for customer to hear or mumble it. Was the drain plug on correctly? Was the washer fluid filled? Was the oil cap on tight? they did not ask about my tire pressure, they did not ask about interior filter, they did not ask about vacuuming inside. Apparently (according to the new manager, Mike— Erik is not the manager there anymore. After being a long-time customer for over 20 years (even back in the Oil Can Henry days)—I will NEVER EVER EVER go back there again . After a long wait—I expressed that I didn’t want to be called “Miss” and upon pulling in still got called “Miss” by the new manager, Mike.
