Great job friendly guys.
Been here numerous times and I USUALLY have great service. However... today I was denied service, during regular hours of operaion, due to a Christmas party and closing an hour early. Who does that? Companies usually do things AFTER hours of operation so they can take care of their paying customers. They don't turn away paying customers.
Wow. The sign in front brags about honest service but not by my standards. National company directs you to a coupon for an oil change but after driving out of my way to get here, I was told they won't honor the coupon even though I was directed to them by Valvoline and the coupon has no exclusions listed. Don't like getting bait and switched and that is exactly the game they are playing. Don't waste your money where you are going to get ripped off.
Logan at Valvoline was so Efficient!! Taught me a few things about my car that I didn't know and service was quick and friendly! Very impressed!!
