RecommendedAs I was cleaning ice off of my car earlier (the first time I've been out in almost a week due to a flu bug), one of my wiper blades fell off. As I'm a two-left thumb idiot, I wound up going to Valvoline at the 5 corners in Orchard Park where I had purchased the wiper blades a year ago. The guy there told me that a connecting pin had broken, so instead of trying to get me to buy new blades, he replaced the pin, as well as topped off all of my fluids for free. The guy broke the valve stem off of my tire which is at least 180 dollars to replace, and tells me “ it’s not my fault it’s cheaply made” he was extremely rude to me. I always always go here I never seen this guy before the way he spoke to me was degrading. He even admitted it’s not written anywhere at this location that they’re not responsible for the stuff they may break, I will never go here again !!!
