Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. My friend recently got her oil change at this place. A few days later, the oil started to leak. She took it back there to get another check-up, and the staff said nothing was wrong. Since the oil keeps leaking, we took it to another car mechanics. They told us that the oil pan was broken and that the people put the wrong size gasket. It costs almost $1000.00 to fix it. Other friends also have had bad services at Valvoline.
