Great work and good people working there
My girlfriend went there to change her oil and vavoline told her she needed her transmission fluid changed too. They changed the transmission fluid. But didn’t put the correct amount of transmission fluid. She went back to tell them that her transmission is messing up. Now she has to spend over $1,000 to rebuild the transmission. Thanks vavoline for messing up her transmission! I wouldn’t even let you all even touch my lawnmower.
Customer service was fine they had the oil change done in a reasonable amount of time every employee was courteous but I was overcharged from the quoted price and they acknowledge the mistake but said there was nothing they can do about it because the transaction had already went through. I was offered a coupon that would last 10 days for another oil change (what a joke)if it was for a larger amount of money I would have put in a complaint with the attorney generals office but it’s definitely not worth the time; where as thi... read more
