3/6/2026. I came here for just an oil change. I have a 2017 vw Tiguan so I require premium oil and a premium filter. The staff made me move lanes twice before even being serviced. Once I was inside the bay they offered me extra services I declined but they didn’t have my premium filter in stock. Instead of asking me if I would like to wait for them to go to a different store to pick up my filter they sent someone without ever asking me.
