My technician was kind!
I was very impressed with the quick and through service. Everyone was very professional even dealing with some high maintenance Karen and Chad's that came through while I was there. I've been in customer service for a long time and I was very impressed with the way Sierra ran her store. Very professional and friendly while she was supervising each of the workers. I will be making this the only location that I and my extended family have therein cars serviced at.
I was traveling back home from Louisville alone and my Low Tire indicator came on just as I was leaving town. There is no way I can physically get down to check my tire pressure and places were closing early for the holiday. I had used the Fern Creek store many times when I still lived in Louisville and I was close so I stopped there. I explained my problem and told the guys working that I was willing to pay if they could check my tires. They absolutely refused payment and took care of the problem for me.
