I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change!!! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff was super friendly & very knowledgeable!!! You are also given the option of staying IN your car while they service your vehicle! I give this place a 10 thumbs up!!!!
Had a great experience with all the technicians that assisted. They were straightforward and thorough. Had it all done while my baby slept in the car 🏼
I could not be more impressed with service at this Valvoline. I’m not kidding when I say they changed my oil, changed my windshield blades (front and back), and filled up air in my tires (along with a quick overall check) in under 15 minutes. They offered me some additional services but weren't too pushy when I said, "No thanks". You sit in your car the entire time and pay through your window with a chip reader. Had the worst experience ever. The technician damaged the car transmission while completing an oil change. The store manager took no responsibility and left us without a car for eight days. Totally deceptive and unprofessional.
Very quick service you don’t want around all day they get you right in and check everything on the car.
Very knowledgeable and explained everything they did and were going to do, something I’ve never experienced before during an oil change.
Professionalism beyond measure! Five stars is not enough for this awesome team! We were greeted from the moment we entered the lot!!! The young man greeted us and directed us to where we needed to go! He also said that we never needed to get out! Wow! They were very descriptive in the service that would be provided. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They did a great job and I didn't feel pressured to do any more than what I came for. Definitely worth going to again.
