These guys ripped me off. Stripped out my oil plug and replaced it with an oversize without informing me about it. Oil leaked all over my driveway. Brought the car back and they plugged it with a butterfly plug making it virtually impossible to find anyone to change my oil. 0 level of customer service. Contacted the regional manager who was just as inept at handling the situation. I now need a new oil pan which these guys are assuming no liability. Another valuable customer lost. Great job team Valvoline!
